Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service. Full GDPR-compliant privacy notice follows.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Robots4Forex Ltd (Company No. 14575683), the operator of the Minerva AI Pro installation you signed up with. Privacy requests should be sent to info@robots4forex.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and a one-way-hashed password (industry-standard algorithm).
- Subscription data: plan tier, transaction history, usage records (how many strategy runs, GA Lab evolutions, NN Lab training rounds you have used).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
3. What we do NOT collect
- Your strategy inputs, generated strategies, and backtest configurations are NOT logged by default. (Admins can enable optional audit logging, which records metadata only — strategy run count, model used, latency — never the strategy or backtest text.)
- We do not track you across other sites.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract — for providing the Service, and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
5. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of your data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: delete your account (we'll remove your data within 30 days).
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object: object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate-interest purposes.

6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Wallet and transaction records are retained for 7 years (tax / audit requirements). Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
7. International transfers
The Service runs on infrastructure operated by your installation's hosting provider. If your provider is outside the EEA, transfers may be subject to Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Cookies
The Service sets a small number of session cookies when you sign in, so the site can keep you logged in across page loads. We do not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. See your browser's cookie settings to manage or delete them.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy.
