1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Minerva AI Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Minerva AI Pro is an automated AI trading platform. It provides a desktop research application (chat-driven strategy discovery, GA Lab genetic evolution, NN Lab neural-network training) and a multi-strategy MetaTrader EA (Minerva AI) that executes the strategies your account generates. Strategy discovery uses third-party AI providers under the hood; you can read more about the architecture in the documentation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (e) use the Service to compete with Minerva AI Pro or to build a similar product.
4. Payment and refunds
Token packs and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Stripe handles all payment processing. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The administrator of your Minerva AI Pro installation may issue refunds at their sole discretion.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINERVA AI PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date below will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
